If you have a lot of space, you can make a garden on the ground. If you have limited space or do not want to plant in the ground, you can plant your plants in pots. You can grow different types of plants in a courtyard or in a sunny spot in your garden. Some plants can even grow indoors. If you live in an apartment, it might be more suitable for you.
If you have good soil that is not very dirty or sandy, it is better to grow your garden in the soil.
If your land or location is not suitable, you may consider purchasing a container. You can easily change the place in your garden. It must have a sufficiently large and good water drainage system. If your space is limited but you still want to create your garden outside, you can consider a vertical garden. Such gardens generally consist of small and vertically growing plants.
Determine how much sun will shine:
Many plants need 6 to 8 hours of full sun to thrive. If you don’t have an area to count that much sun, of course you can plant a garden, but you should prefer plants that can grow with less sun.
Check your garden several times a day to see how long the sun is in your area and shine. If the sun shines constantly and well, sun-loving plants can grow well in that area.
